  • ability present complex information clearly and concisely and ensure records of work are both up-to-date and comply with legal and departmental requirements for case recording

Responsibility

  • to manage and support a core group of Lead Keyworkers in a residential 24-Hour setting
  • this includes providing leadership, supervision, providing guidance on professional practice, individual support plans to enable the delivery of excellent outcomes
  • to develop, initiate, monitor, and maintain robust care management arrangements for each individual young person
  • to keep and maintain clear and accurate client files in line with best practice guidance and YLT’s record keeping standards
  • ensure that timescales to initiate and review Care and support Plans, Risk Assessments and associated documents are achieved and be responsible for convening additional reviews when circumstances significantly change
  • to ensure that the service provided is of the highest possible quality within available resources
  • to design, implement and deliver training and workshops to develop staff awareness around trauma informed ways of working with young people and record keeping
  • proactively manage professional relationships with social services, involved multi-professional teams and other external organisations
