Responsibility
- to manage and support a core group of Lead Keyworkers in a residential 24-Hour setting
- this includes providing leadership, supervision, providing guidance on professional practice, individual support plans to enable the delivery of excellent outcomes
- to develop, initiate, monitor, and maintain robust care management arrangements for each individual young person

- ensure that timescales to initiate and review Care and support Plans, Risk Assessments and associated documents are achieved and be responsible for convening additional reviews when circumstances significantly change
- to ensure that the service provided is of the highest possible quality within available resources
- to design, implement and deliver training and workshops to develop staff awareness around trauma informed ways of working with young people and record keeping
- proactively manage professional relationships with social services, involved multi-professional teams and other external organisations
- to carry out all duties with regards to Health and Safety Regulations, GDPR and Data Protection legislation
- to design and support the SMT to implement a culture of Trauma informed approaches throughout the service, through leadership, direct training, and workshops
- to attend and deliver identified training and supervision and appraisals, monitoring effectiveness and delivery within timescales
- to monitor and review High Risk cases providing the direct staffing team with relevant and meaningful interventions and support plans to promote therapeutic and holistic best and safe working practices within the service
- to fully contribute to and use supervision to effectively raise issues of concerns and as a tool for personal development
- report any concerns regarding safeguarding, poor performance or conduct in a timely manner
- to undertake any other work appropriate to the levels and general nature of the duties of the post
- to assist the organization with any Safeguarding or Disciplinary matters that may arise in the course of your duties. To promptly report any concerns to the appropriate Senior Manager
- to manage and support an allocated caseload of young people aged 16+ by having key responsibility to ensure the provision and co-ordination of practical, personal, emotional, social and financial advice to enable a successful transition to adulthood
- to prepare for and attend meetings as required in line with organisational standards
- ensure that timescales to review Pathway and Care Plans are achieved and be responsible for convening additional reviews when circumstances significantly change
- proactively manage professional relationships with social services and other external organisations
- assess the needs of young people by actively contributing to the assessment and preparation of the Pathway Plan to enable young people to achieve independent living
