- achieving and exceeding team targets weekly and monthly
- make sure any ticket is answered within the SLA time frame
- manage various queue’s throughout the day and distribute the tickets to the correct team/agents
- create and report on the teams KPI’s. This will be on an individual and Team level
- carry out 121’s each week and manage the teams performance
- manage Churn and PIC, so we are within the company targets
- maintaining high standards of customer service and work quality throughout the team
- present performance and findings in meetings to other stakeholders within the business
