  • we are looking for someone with a real ''can-do'' attitude, that take pride in the quality of their work
  • applicants must have experience in a busy, fresh produce Kitchen
  • main responsibilities
  • manage daily kitchen activities
  • we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Aspiring Head Chef to work along our Executive Chef and existing senior team at The York Minster Refectory
  • direct food preparation
  • we are a busy restaurant, terrace and coffee shop in a beautiful city centre location directly opposite York Minster, that focuses on producing quality food using the best local fresh ingredients
