Responsibility

  • manage and promote the repeat dispensing service
  • increase safety mechanisms such as audit and PDSA cycles
  • implement drug withdrawals and alerts
  • run and oversee the YMG Anticoagulation service using the surgery’s protocol
  • you will also be expected to carry out any reasonable duties which may be requested from time-to- time
  • supporting patients to get the best outcome from their medicines and identifying and addressing medicine related issues
  • RESPONSIBLE TO: Lead Pharmacist & Head of Clinical Services
  • 12. To attend and contribute to meetings as requested
