maintenance team leader

  • we are looking for a new Maintenance Team Leader to join our busy facilities team helping to be responsible for the routine and emergency repairs to over 250 bed spaces across Mansfield, Ashfield and Worksop
  • the YMCA building on Shakespeare Street in Nottingham is a familiar part of the Nottingham City Centre landscape and we are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to come and look after our beautiful grade II listed building
  • if you enjoy a role where every day is different and you will get involved with general maintenance, decorating, plumbing, electrics - we need someone who loves fixing things and is happy to get stuck in to find a solution to the problem
  • housing around 100 bed spaces, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of 3 city centre offices spaces used by our wider YMCA teams and external customers including our hospitality venue, the Malt Cross
  • by leading a small team, you will work together to make sure all the properties are maintained to the highest possible standards and our properties are safe and secure for our residents

cleaner

  • plus you can claim 45p per mile for any travel you do as part of the role
  • YMCA Robin Hood Group is looking for a Mobile Cleaner to look after a portfolio of around 10 properties located in clusters in Basford, Radford and Sneinton
  • we expect this to be around 30 miles per week
  • with access to your own car, you will travel between these properties, visiting each on a weekly basis to ensure they are clean and well maintained
  • you will visit each of the homes in your portfolio to clean the bedrooms, living spaces, communal areas, kitchens and bathrooms
  • you will be responsible for the scheduled regular cleans but also the planned deep cleans and departure cleans before a new resident/tenant moves in

  • as part of our cleaning schedule, deep cleans and specific cleans will be tasked through out the year
  • we are looking for a Domestic Cleaner to join our Nottingham team to look after several HMO properties on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre
  • we also rely on you to check for any damage, maintenance needs or health and safety concerns
  • with access to your own car, you will travel between these properties, visiting each on a weekly basis to ensure they are clean and well maintained
  • as part of our Supported Housing team, you will be share in our belief that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become
  • working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will visit each of the homes assigned to you to clean the bedrooms, living spaces, communal areas, kitchens and bathrooms. These are properties of multiple occupancies
  • this is an additional £1200 per year so help pay towards the running of your vehicle
  • if you do not have access to a vehicle, unfortunately you will not qualify for this additional payment
