  • yellow Rail have a requirement for a vacancy for a skilled welder
  • be capable of welding a range of steel types in all positions, specifically mic and stick
  • 2/3 years experience welding required
  • must be able to prepare weld surface for welding
  • assist with repairs or additional work arising
  • work effectively as part of a team and be physically active
  • ideally have relevant experience in a Rail / Rolling Stock depot engineering environment preferred but not essential
  • the successful applicant will be required to undertake various, repair fabrication and welding duties to set specifications in line with quality procedures and health and safety requirements
