telehandler

Requirements

  • the successful candidate is required to already have relevant certification to operate telehandlers
  • be experienced in the operation and use of telehandlers
  • work as part of a small team modifying a fleet of rail vehicles on a rail site
  • safely operate a telehandler to lift and transport materials around site
  • safely install large fabricated assemblies to rail vehicles for the installation fitters to fix in place
  • load and unload goods and materials from delivery vehicles
  • monitor and address telehandlers’ maintenance needs
  • understand and adhere to health and safety regulations and the sites H&S requirements
