Responsibility
- we are looking for a full-time Shop Manager to join our team
- the successful candidate must demonstrate dedication, ambition and be experienced within catering and retail
- you will work closely with management team, demonstrate excellent communication and ensure colleagues are trained to the highest standards
- the successful candidate must be self motivated and will have a positive can-do attitude towards their role
- manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking of supplies
- train and supervise shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- as Bakery Shop Manager you will ensure the shop is well merchandised and continually look at ways to develop and improve the department you are responsible for
