customer service representative

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • handling and processing new queries/enquiries from customers via inbound/outbound calls and other multi communication channels
  • interacting with customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate department or colleague
  • complaint handling and resolving any issues
  • supporting field-based service staff and management team
  • liaising with subcontractors
  • managing company correspondence, including phone calls and emails
  • updating customer records, project folders and databases
  • raising sales invoices to customers and processing supplier invoices

Requirements

  • experience in a customer service/inbound sales role
  • excellent communication skills with a good phone manner building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy
  • capable of handling objections and negotiating with confidence
  • IT capable and being comfortable/proficient on different software packages
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges
  • highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • well organised
