Responsibility
- handling and processing new queries/enquiries from customers via inbound/outbound calls and other multi communication channels
- interacting with customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate department or colleague
- complaint handling and resolving any issues
- supporting field-based service staff and management team
- liaising with subcontractors
- managing company correspondence, including phone calls and emails
- updating customer records, project folders and databases
- raising sales invoices to customers and processing supplier invoices
Requirements
- experience in a customer service/inbound sales role
- excellent communication skills with a good phone manner building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy
- capable of handling objections and negotiating with confidence
- IT capable and being comfortable/proficient on different software packages
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges
- highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude
- well organised
