you will act as a patient coordinator, dealing with enquiries in person, over the phone, video, via email and social media
you will be converting enquiries into consultations
you will follow up cancelled and incomplete treatments
you will monitor and improve our reputation, requesting reviews and offering loyalty cards
you will advise patients on treatments and services, take bookings and payments and provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times
you will review and monitor reception customer service skills and implement training where necessary
you will communicate with dentists, nurses, receptionists, labs and patients in order to ensure each patient receives a great experience with us
you will increase the number of enquiries by monitoring, measuring and improving marketing streams as well as increasing referrals from current patients
