- this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join WTW, one of the leading Third-Party Administrators
- the role will involve analysing transaction data, completing calculations and data corrections within agreed guidelines
- full training is provided including new starter induction and further training thereafter
- this role is aligned to our hybrid working style based out of our office in Redhill
- the role would involve working in a small team within DC Processing who will be responsible for reviewing member transaction data to ensure that it is in line with the member needs
- you will be responsible for ensuring that the member record accurately reflects the expected transactions and where needed take appropriate action to correct
Requirements
- good knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills
- good communication skills
- strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- self-motivated, enjoys analysis and problem solving
- demonstrate an organized approach and an ability to deal with priorities to meet deadlines
- enthusiastic approach to getting things done
