- WS Transportation are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Warehouse Team in Appleton
- receive comprehensive training to effectively use our in-house booking system
- skilfully generate and review invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing for incoming invoices
- manage returns coming into the warehouse by efficiently raising and completing necessary documentation
- utilise our in-house system to process Proof of Deliveries for our valued customers
- provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the office
- demonstrate flexibility by covering holidays and sickness when needed
- occasionally, overtime may be required to meet business demands
Requirements

- proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- organisational skills that ensure a well-structured and efficient work approach
