WORSLEY PLANT is looking for employees for positions:
- managing the transport of attachments too and from site with the assistance of our drivers
- liaising with sales representatives to quote and raise contracts for the hire of attachments
- ensuring all documentation is processed and orders received
- dealing with clients to ensure deadlines are met
- good Mechanical understanding of plant in general
- hydraulic knowledge - understanding flows and pressures and to be comfortable working on hydraulic systems
- welding would be an advantage
- self-motivator and the ability to work onsite, customer facing
- good rates of pay based on experience and work ethic

- mechanical knowledge: 3 years
- mechanical: 5 years
- procurement and Sales of main line supplier and OEM spare parts
- meet Customer driven deadlines for distribution of parts
- working hand in hand with our Service / Aftersales Department to ensure parts are available to carry out repairs
- to identify opportunities to increase sales of spares and parts
- to create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- to understand our products, the market and its trends
- to work closely with our suppliers to keep stock levels at their optimum
- leading a team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department
- previous experience within a similar role with a proven track record
- strong communication skills
- good Computing Skills
- well organised and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- experience within the construction and demolition industries would be helpful
- an understanding of hydraulic attachments and recycling applications is preferable
- technical knowledge desirable
- parts Management: 3 years
