Requirements
- familiarity with the UK Wates Corporate Governance Principles for Large Private Companies
- experience of reviewing statutory accounts and familiarity with the UK financial distribution regime
- experience in financial services regulated environments
- experience of company secretarial activity in overseas jurisdictions
- experience of working in an international business with either a US parent company, or significant US presence
Responsibility
- conduct thorough research and analysis of potential feature enhancements and market expansion of Worldpay’s Virtual Card product
- support the overall QA Manager and other QA Managers where required for the running of the platform
- gather customer & Sales team feedback on the product and share this back to Worldpay’s Product team
- ongoing reporting at agreed frequencies, appropriate to project and stakeholder needs
- interfacing and collaborating with the broader Worldpay in-house legal, compliance, risk and audit team plus business and central function teams including Treasury, Tax, and Finance and corporate affairs
- ensure that the Release Management team can fulfil and meet the business expectations, acting as a key point of contact managing expectations of the business
- assisting in the management of timely statutory filings, liaising with group accounting and tax teams on regular reporting to regulated boards
- develop a strong internal network amongst key stakeholders including Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Compliance
