Requirements
- familiarity with the UK Wates Corporate Governance Principles for Large Private Companies
- experience of reviewing statutory accounts and familiarity with the UK financial distribution regime
- experience in financial services regulated environments
- experience of company secretarial activity in overseas jurisdictions
- experience of working in an international business with either a US parent company, or significant US presence
Responsibility
- interfacing and collaborating with the broader Worldpay in-house legal, compliance, risk and audit team plus business and central function teams including Treasury, Tax, and Finance and corporate affairs
- assisting in the management of timely statutory filings, liaising with group accounting and tax teams on regular reporting to regulated boards
- assisting with preparation for Worldpay’s global regulated subsidiary board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, board packs, scheduling, liaising with presenters , timely distribution of papers, minuting, as required, logging and following up on open action points
- providing board support to entity directors, liaising with senior management on matters related to quarterly board meetings
