Responsibility

  • maximise sales of all the companies’ services into existing customers and prospective customers
  • implement Marketing Schedule as directed by the General Manager
  • creation of marketing information and send to prospects and customers
  • locating and calling prospects to make appointments
  • identify key drivers within customers
  • sell all services into existing accounts
  • monitor sales revenues for customers and act to maximise sales
  • customer services calls with telephone planning

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar sales & marketing environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong communicator, both verbally and written
  • understanding of electro-mechanical engineering an advantage
  • be highly committed, well-motivated, and committed to the objectives of the business
  • ability to adapt not only to the Company, Service and Quality Policies, but also its culture, new or redefined arrangements, skills and working circumstances
