Responsibility
- emptying all bins and ensuring all paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers and toilet role holders are stocked
- emptying all bins and ensuring bathrooms and other work areas are stocked with soap and paper supplies etc
- ensure all the site walkways and fire extinguishers are clear of obstructions
- weekly vehicle safety checks including ensuring they are clean inside and out
- van cleaning and maintenance
- ensure vehicles are roadworthy, serviced and MOT’ed
- assisting with fire alarm testing
- carry out small DIY jobs on site as necessary
Requirements
- must be a practical person, experience gained through their day to day work or through keen DIY interests
- able to use their practical knowledge and skills to identify and carry out simple repairs and maintenance tasks to the site
