Responsibility

  • emptying all bins and ensuring all paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers and toilet role holders are stocked
  • emptying all bins and ensuring bathrooms and other work areas are stocked with soap and paper supplies etc
  • ensure all the site walkways and fire extinguishers are clear of obstructions
  • weekly vehicle safety checks including ensuring they are clean inside and out
  • van cleaning and maintenance
  • ensure vehicles are roadworthy, serviced and MOT’ed
  • assisting with fire alarm testing
  • carry out small DIY jobs on site as necessary

Requirements

  • must be a practical person, experience gained through their day to day work or through keen DIY interests
  • able to use their practical knowledge and skills to identify and carry out simple repairs and maintenance tasks to the site
