- since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals
- carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins
- assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store
- managing the overall store operations and performance
- deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
- meet sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Requirements
- able to supervise and motivate a team
- previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
- excellent communication and 'people' skills
- maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
- customer service focused
- the ability to lead and motivate a team
- commercial awareness
- visual Merchandising and stock management experience
