WORCESTER COMMUNITY TRUST is looking for employees for positions:
centre manager
Responsibility
- ensuring the community centres are welcoming to customers and the local community, maximising income generation through room hire
- ensure that all bookings at the centres have the appropriate level of staff cover
- be a designated key holder for the centres, responding to out-of-hours calls as required
- mission – Bringing Communities Together by delivering services and activities for all
- to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of three community centres, including customer service, budgeting, health and safety and building maintenance
- review the buildings weekly for any maintenance issues, reporting these via agree maintenance reporting systems
- facilitate customer bookings by ensuring equipment is set out, and managing other facilities offered by the centre for instance photocopying, and some technical support
- ensure all key holders have the required training and information to safely open and lock buildings
