Responsibility
- to promote the venue and its services, including showing prospective couples around and putting bespoke packages together
- responsible for organising and preparing for our weddings and events during the week and weekends
- holding informative and motivating team briefings, assigning roles and ensuring responsibilities are performed in a timely and efficient manner
- running weddings and point of contact on the day and assisting with set up
- be the first point of contact for enquiries and queries for both new and existing couples
- provide administration support including handling emails and telephone calls
- responsible for staff leadership during events
- ensure H&S procedures are implemented, maintained and developed
