willingness to travel to client sites and perform hands-on construction oversight as required
5+ years in structural design, conservatories, sunrooms, or related residential structures; experience with small commercial or hobbyist projects a plus
competence with CAD. Ideally a proficiency in Google SketchUp for 3D modeling and client visualizations; ability to create and maintain component libraries and export models for construction documents
project management skills for residential projects: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contractor coordination, and client communication

produce and review CAD/BIM drawings, structural layouts

lead residential and commeical greenhouse design projects: concept, feasibility, detailed design, installation programme, commissioning, and handover
use Google SketchUp to create 3D conceptual models, quick layout studies, and client-presentable visualizations; maintain a SketchUp library of common residential greenhouse components and coordinate models with CAD/BIM workflows
specify and select greenhouse types and materials suitable for homes , glazing options , framing systems, shading, ventilation, heating
