Responsibility
- we now need to recruit an exceptional member of staff to join our team in Guest Services
- working within our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm, welcoming, and positive experience to all our guests
- answer telephone and email enquiries professionally, sign posting enquiries to the relevant department where applicable
- this role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 6 months however there is potential for the role to become permanent
- liaising with contractors on behalf of owners, to book in jobs, raise quotes, and document all communications
- taking and reconciling payments
- to supply administration support requests and additional workflow, as deemed necessary and reasonable, in line with the scope of this post
- to have a working knowledge of various computer software programs and industry specific systems , ensuring accuracy and compliance, such as GDPR, is always adhered to
