Responsibility
- plan, design, and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and more
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to identify research goals and objectives
- define research questions, create research plans, and choose appropriate research methodologies to address user needs and product goals
- recruit and engage with research participants, ensuring diverse and representative user samples
- collect and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user insights and pain points
- translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that inform product improvements
- create detailed research reports and present findings to internal stakeholders
- advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of empathy and continuous improvement
Requirements
- proven experience as a User Researcher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your research work
- proficiency in various user research methodologies, tools, and techniques
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to diverse audiences
- familiarity with agile development processes and iterative design
- experience working in the fitness or health technology industry is a plus
- A passion for fitness and wellness is a significant advantage
