Responsibility

  • plan, manage, supervise and evaluate electrical or mechanical Installation, maintenance and repair activities
  • direct contractors, subcontractors and engineers on entire installation and maintenance aspect
  • supervise and control daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems
  • merge customer engineering, maintenance standards and requirements into facility maintenance program and any configuration changes
  • integrate with customer for reconfiguration, changes and operational requirements
  • estimate cost estimates for maintenance activities and equipment
  • analyse, forecast and manage operations and maintenance costs
  • analyse purchases of supplies, tools and equipment

Requirements

  • gas Safe Registered for domestic, commercial and catering
  • previous experience working as a gas engineer
  • additional heating / mechanical qualifications preferred

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
  • proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to take your own initiative
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning maintenance or engineering
  • attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • ability to work on your own and as part of a team
