Responsibility
- answer incoming calls and emails helping customers, suppliers and staff with queries and issues
- process technical quotes and orders with a high level of accuracy
- assist in scheduling daily works for fitters with the director and booking these works in with the customers
- MG Window Systems are a highly respected and very busy window fitting company based in central Northampton. We have been trading for more than 30 years and have built a loyal customer base within the local area
- line Management of all staff to include reviewing and supporting staff in their roles, performance reviews and disciplinary issues
- due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated, hands on and organised individual to work closely with the director to support all aspects of the business
- developing and implementing office and HR policies and procedures
- experience within the windows industry is essential. The ideal applicant will have office and people management experience, and excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- good working knowledge of the window industry,B2B or B2C
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- be confident building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- demonstrate an articulate and confident telephone manner
- A good working knowledge of HR
- an experienced people manager
- strong written and verbal skills
- can demonstrate a good use of IT systems
