- deliver frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
- delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
- drive safely, responsibly and within the law
- clean and refuel your van as and when needed
- contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- ensure customer confidentiality
- helping the office team and picking team when required
