full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging with no two days the same
during show weeks, it is anticipated that this role will work at least 3 evening shifts
as our Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the welcome customers receive and the standards of service they receive during their visit, whether they're finding their seat or choosing a drink at the bar
we would be happy to discuss a fixed rota, compressed hours, or another working pattern requested by the successful candidate
you’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working across Salisbury Playhouse, Salisbury Arts Centre and Salisbury Festival with an ever-changing programme of events
this is a hands-on position working 40 hours per week on a rota basis of 5 days across Monday to Saturday including evenings

we are looking for proactive and positive minded individuals to join our pool of casual Bar Staff working across Salisbury Playhouse and Salisbury Arts Centre starting from September
do you have a Great personality and passion for the arts and hospitality?
you will need to be a team player and have a can-do attitude, working together with our team of Duty Managers to deliver excellent customer service
we’d love it if you had experience working in hospitality or Customer Service but if not you just need to be friendly, professional and willing to learn as training will be provided
assisting in preparation of events
greeting and serving our guests in a professional, efficient & friendly manner
ensuring all areas of the bars are kept clean and presentable
