- we are looking for a motivated Service Manager to lead our busy Service Department at Wilson and Co Vauxhall in Grimsby

- monitor department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance
- recruit, select, train and develop staff as required
- ensure dealer standards are met and systems and procedures are complied with, whenever commercially viable
- oversee regular contact with all existing customers ensuring service levels are met, issues are being resolved and further business opportunities identified
