proven CNC Machinist experience
proficient in reading technical drawings
strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to high-quality work
solid understanding of machine tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds
excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
experience programming and writing G codes

monitor machine performance, making adjustments for optimal production
maintain accurate records of setups, tool changes, and production runs
