an Exciting role has arisen at Willow London Living
attending to the office phone, communicating with Tenants, Landlords, Contractors and people of interest
updating our Property Management system with notes, adding/amending tenancies, uploading documentation
opening and actioning post as advised
responding to or forwarding of emails
carrying out Property Inspections, Check-ins, Check-outs
at Willow you would be managing a portfolio of 200+ plus properties, ensuring all maintenance issues are handled and handling all tenant matters to ensure company procedures are followed and tenants have a smooth journey whilst moving in, residing and moving out of our properties
assisting with Utilities - ensuring this is organised, tenants are registered and any bills that may arise are addressed
