Responsibility
- experience of the Early Years environment is essential, we care for children from birth to 7 years old
- we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Willow Daycare, based at Glangwili Day Nursery, providing quality care for NHS employees and the surrounding local community
- if you are passionate about childcare and supporting the needs of their development then Willow Daycare will inspire you to be creative and release your inner child like imagination and creativity
- we are looking for a minimum of Level 3 CCLD Childcare qualifications. Welsh Language skills are desirable and would be an advantage
- you will be responsible for the wellbeing and care of the children, monitoring development stages and most importantly enjoy playing alongside the children throughout the day
- experience of supporting a team of staff, be prepared to support the Nursery Managing Director, a strong willingness to learn enabling a creative environment which enriches the quality of care at the provision
- full Time hours: 38 hours per week
