- undertake all Customer Service processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
- handle all Customer Service calls and emails
- ensure you log accurately all cases and follow through with superior customer care
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- commercial in approach with a customer focus
- experience working with Magento, CRM systems and ERP systems
- strong attention to detail and desire for maintaining quality data and systems
- industry experience in an e-commerce company
- high emotional intelligence
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- good organisational and time management skills
- team player with a willingness to collaborate flexibly as well as engage with the wider business
