Responsibility

  • key Performance Objectives
  • you will ensure this building is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality
  • implement proactive measures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members, supply chain partners, and stakeholders
  • foster a customer-centric approach, understanding and prioritizing customer needs, while maintaining excellent working relationships
  • establish standards of quality on-site and ensure delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and project requirements
  • embrace the principles of the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme and proactively manage community relations
  • complete CVC reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the current position on site and the final profit projection
  • maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management on site day to day

Requirements

  • A demonstrated history of successfully delivering Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Management packages
  • ability to interpret and apply project programs, drawings, and technical specifications accurately
  • proven aptitude in overseeing day-to-day project management for supply chain, direct employees, and consultants
  • exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving
  • proven track record of successful delivery of construction projects
  • can do attitude and growth mindset
  • relevant minimum Level 4 qualification
  • relevant degree or equivalent qualification
