Requirements
general level of education together with a minimum of fabrication and welding experience and basic IT skills
reasonable level of working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment and able to demonstrate a practical application of supervisory activities
ability to interpret production and logistical documentation including loading specifications
ability to build collaborative working relationships with shop floor operatives, the production office staff and wider Risca personnel
engaging communicator who can articulate themselves clearly
can demonstrate a strong work ethic, is self-motivated and resilient
works well using their own initiative and pays attention to detail
commitment to completing deadline driven tasks and meeting the needs of the customer
