Requirements
- relevant Bachelor’s degree
- candidates will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- technically sound with latest IFRS and FRS102 knowledge
- an understanding of foreign exchange and branch accounting
- strong written and oral communication skills
- strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
- organised, flexible and easily adaptable to a changing environment
- 3+ years’ experience in a retail multi-unit, preferably multi currency environment
Responsibility
- maintain financial ledgers and branch accounts
- reconcile various bank and balance sheet control accounts on a monthly basis
- maintain fixed asset register and reconcile it with the general ledger
- produce international branch and consolidated management accounts
- produce UK statutory accounts
- produce of monthly management reports
- produce monthly analysis to support the operational teams
- regular cash flow forecasting
