Requirements
- prior experience in tech support or similar is advantageous
- basic IT skills and knowledge and be able to demonstrate
- M365/Google Workspace
- hardware setup and configuration for Client/Server systems
- network - patching, termination
- DHCP, DNS, LAN, WLAN technologies
- maintain documentation and processes/procedures in the department
- inventory management
