Responsibility

  • 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work over 3-5 days

  • provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment recommendations, environmental modifications, and energy conservation techniques
  • utilise a person-centered approach to address physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional challenges faced by patients and their families
  • collaborate with colleagues and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and appropriate follow-up services
