Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
  • solid understanding of PC, hardware, and operating systems
  • basic knowledge of networking and routing protocols
  • basic knowledge of the administration of Windows Servers, Active Director, and Filesystems
  • good knowledge of M365 and other email platforms
  • ability to type and enter records while actively talking on calls to customers and teams

Responsibility

  • update and preserve knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support personnel
  • assist with cybersecurity, and risk mitigation, and raise potential concerns
