WILD VISION is looking for employees for positions:
- be efficient in Xero accounting system
- record and verify day to day financial transactions
- deal with sales invoices, income, receipts, and payments
- chase debtors
- handle all email account queries with impeccable customer service skills
- prepare statements to show income and payments
- check that accounts are accurate
- manage staffs claims for expenses
- to be a very good communicator and strong sales skills to effectively highlight all the benefits of signing to Wild Vision
- to have a very strong understanding of Social Media and Influencers
- to update the CRM with contacts and pipeline
- communicate with creators, their agents and Senior Management at Wild Vision, regarding talent creator target list and pipeline
- to provide impeccable customer service to talent and their managers and take them through the onboarding process
- be willing to travel to trade shows and conventions and network with the correct people within the Social Media space
- to be motivated, organised, persistent and a self-starter in order to research your own talent to approach and sign up to Wild Vision
- we also encourage our staff to attend events in LA, Dubai and London and meet up with talent agencies
