Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- managing traffic movements around the yard and in the tipping sheds
- assessing waste being tipped and communicating back to the office by two-way radio
- challenging Drivers and unauthorised personnel not adhering to site rules
- keeping the tipping area clean and clear of debris to prevent unnecessary tyre punctures
- abide by all health & safety rules
- adherence to site operational standards
- the right person will have previous experience in the waste industry. The successful candidate must have experience in traffic management as a banksman and the ability to work under pressure
- comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- traffic Management as a Vehicle Banksman - minimum 2 years
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent qualification
- vehicle Banksman: 2 years
