Requirements

previous strong experience of lean and agile working methodologies. PO certification preferred
the ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaboration of stories
previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Financial Services, preferably in b2b, b2c or b2b2c payment fintech , although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered
ability to negotiate with engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope and complexity

performing onsite and/or offsite AML/CTF/Anti-Fraud Compliance program reviews of new, and existing Agents of Western Union, and its affiliates
providing support and training to Western Union Agents to implement an effective AML/CTF and anti-fraud Compliance program
perform suspensions, reactivations, interdictions, and reinstatements when required to minimize risk to the Western Union network, agents, and consumers
