Responsibility
- good & competitive wage
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday FIXED TERM for 9 months
- invoice inbox management of supplier invoices, printing on daily basis
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
- data input of purchase invoices onto Service Manager and Sage
- investors in people accredited employer
- dealing with Query invoices
- we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Accounts team based in our head office, Bideford on a fixed term 9 month contract
Requirements
- purchase Ledger experience essential
- strong communication skills
- sage or Accounting software experience desirable
- good numerate skills and a good understanding of accounting principals
- excellent Telephone manner
- able to use own initiative and organise your workload
