- pulmonary Rehabilitation service; Supporting patients to manage their breathlessness through exercises and improve their functional abilities

- an exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Physiotherapist Assistant / Technician in a Community Respiratory Service in Hounslow, as part of Integrated Care service line at West London NHS Trust
- we are seeking a nursing and physiotherapy profession to provide direct care for patients with Respiratory conditions the community based Oxygen and Respiratory Case Management Team, including Pulmonary Rehabilitation for Hounslow residents using a multi-disciplinary team approach
