  • wendy’s is hiring an Deputy General Manager to join their team in Guildford
  • manage and supervise Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
  • support the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to
  • support the delivery of all key training with the General Manager and identifying training needs and capability gaps within the team
  • ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits
  • build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the business objectives
  • support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the Wendy’s guest experience, through weekly and daily line checks
