- to ensure all tasks are documented in the activity’s diary
- to ensure the programme of activities is within budget and maintain an appropriate stock of equipment for activities
- to assist residents with their personal needs in an emergency
- to report any accident or complaint to the manager and record this appropriately
- all staff must respect the confidentiality of any matters they may learn in the course of their duties
- to support and assist residents at mealtimes as required, ensuring the appropriate is available and the ambiance is conducive and relaxed
