- experience of leading a team
- ability to positively influence good practice
- facilitate team well-being initiatives
- to support the Transport Manager in the day-to-day operations based in London
- ensure working times are adhered to Mon – Fri 0830 start/1730 finish
- early starts/early finishes to be authorised by the Transport Manager only
- communicate with all the drivers based in London on a daily basis
- pro-actively engage the drivers to generate new custom whilst out and about –
