Responsibility

• to recruit, induct and manage all cleaning operatives for contract locations that the Manager has responsibility

• the Contract Manager will be responsible for the operational and fiscal management of a mixed portfolio of around 20 sites based in the West Midlands area, managing a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives and ensuring that they fully comply with company procedures
