  • negotiation and administration of Sub Contracts, ensuring orders meet the needs of the contract

  • place supply chain orders in line with the procurement schedule
  • manage subcontract works payment notices in line with the subcontracts
  • determination of budget and cost plans
  • work alongside other surveyors to ensure external valuations are submitted in accordance with the conditions of the main contract
  • identify risks and disputes early, communicating them with line managers
