Responsibility

• you will be actively involved with all areas of the pig breeding unit in order to meet the business requirements for the company
• you will be responsible for helping to manage the staff on the unit, ensuring the unit is kept clean and tidy at all times while maintaining the Health, Safety and welfare of yourself and your team
• you will also be expected to stand in as Unit Manger in the event of the Unit Manager being absent from the farm
