Requirements
- generalist HR position supporting our Crown Farms, Crown Milling and Wayland Farms teams
- hands on role supporting Managers with range of HR topics, including employee relations , employee engagement and managing performance
- reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets
- drive and be part of people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication
- human resources: 1 year
- provide HR guidance, support and coaching to our Supervisors and Managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development as well as exit
- support our close knit, hardworking HR team in our aim to attract, engage and progress the best people to support our businesses
