Responsibility

• watford Control AC Mains Voltage Stabilsiers are installed around the world and many are in challenging environments
• the position advertised is within our Final Assembly Department, where you will work with our assembly teams, ensuring that the units comply with electrical regulations and the latest design drawings, both electrical and mechanical
• before we ship them, we must ensure that they operate as we expect them too, that they are safe, correctly wired to current regulations and are finished to a high standard of wiring and neatness

Responsibility

• working with our Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for voltage stabilisers
• identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, email campaigns and social media
• build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

• understand customer requirements and recommend suitable voltage stabiliser solutions to meet their needs
• prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in a timely manner
• provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
• stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to identify sales opportunities
• maintain a deep understanding of our voltage stabilisers, including technical specifications and installation requirements, to effectively address customer inquiries

Requirements

• good technical background
• proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the electrical or power management industry
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

• self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• knowledge of voltage stabilisers, power management, and electrical systems is highly desirable, but full training will be given
• proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications

• do to our current Finance Manager leaving in around 3 months, we are looking for a suitable replacement who will be trained by the existing Finance Manager, prior to handing over fully by the end of 2023
• sales and Purchasing reconcilliation, including international payments and reciepts
• supporting the Finance & Administration function, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate competence in many of the following areas
• liaising with suppliers, making and agreeing payments
