Responsibility
you'll be well versed in working in a fast-paced, kitchen and will have previous banqueting experience
you will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of food safety, presentation, and service
A valid qualification in Food Safety and Allergen Management is desirable for this position, ideally at Level 2 and above
water’s Edge Catering are a small and friendly catering team, responsible for the food service at Blake Hall; a busy wedding venue, based near Ongar, Essex
as Sous Chef, you will be expected to support the Head Chef and manage the kitchen efficiently and effectively
as Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, to ensure a fantastic guest dining experience at Blake Hall
previous experience in a senior role within banqueting is essential, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
ensuring food processes and quality standards are met and delivered to specification standards
