Responsibility
- monitor the mailbox to triage customer emails and identify the appropriate solution to the clients queries
- create opportunities using the customer management system and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotation for works
- upon receipt of customer approval, make arrangements for delivery of works with suppliers and be the point of contact when required
- manage the budget of the projects, reviewing supplier invoices and having appropriate purchase orders and invoices raised
- to manage stakeholder relationships involved in the process, including customers, suppliers and the wholesaler
Requirements
- MS Office literate
- project delivery experience
- strong focus on customer service
- previous experience in the water industry
- good interpersonal skills and experience of working with multiple
- stakeholders
- strong attention to detail
- good verbal and written communication skills; able to talk
